Rayman Legends

Building off of the rock solid foundation laid by Rayman Origins, Ubisoft Montpelier's Rayman Legends confidently has become the stuff of legend. Not many platformers have struck this finely tuned balance between snappy controls and fluid animation. The art style is gorgeous and the soundtrack carries the right dosage of whimsical pluckiness to match each jump, punch, and kick. Though it may lack in plot; Legends bares all the hallmarks of a platforming classic.
